BDM &ndash; Cooling Tower: Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for cooling towers (FRP/wooden/industrial cooling systems).</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into orders.</li><li>Provide timely support and resolve customer queries related to product selection, pricing, and service.</li></ul>3. Market &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product developments.</li><li>Identify potential industry segments (HVAC, chemical plants, power plants, pharma, food processing, etc.).</li><li>Provide market intelligence to management for strategic planning.</li></ul>4. Technical &amp; Product Expertise<ul><li>Understand technical specifications of cooling towers, components, and performance parameters.</li><li>Suggest suitable models/designs based on heat load, water flow, temperature requirements, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customized solutions.</li></ul>5. Proposal &amp; Tender Management<ul><li>Study RFQs, tender documents, and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare quotations, techno-commercial bids, and compliance statements.</li><li>Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and order finalization.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Project Handover<ul><li>Work closely with execution, service, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing.</li><li>Ensure proper order handover with all documentation and customer expectations clearly defined.</li><li>Track project installation timelines and ensure client satisfaction.</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain CRM data, enquiry records, and sales pipelines.</li><li>Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.</li><li>Provide strategic inputs during team meetings.</li></ul>8.
