Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare dispatch schedules as per sales orders and delivery timelines</li><li>Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams for timely dispatch</li><li>Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods</li><li>Prepare dispatch documents like invoice, delivery challan, E-way bill, LR, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and track vehicle movement</li><li>Maintain dispatch records and update dispatch status in system</li><li>Verify quantity and quality of material before dispatch</li><li>Handle customer or transporter queries related to dispatch</li><li>Ensure safety and compliance during loading and unloading</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics process</li><li>Knowledge of documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Challan, LR)</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Mr. Ravi M.
