Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Data Entry<ul><li>Record purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense entries in Tally or ERP system</li><li>Maintain cash book, bank book, and journal entries</li><li>Prepare daily and monthly reports as required</li></ul>Bank &amp; Cash Handling<ul><li>Prepare bank payment vouchers and perform bank reconciliations</li><li>Handle petty cash and daily cash closing</li><li>Update and maintain cash ledger</li></ul>Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audit and tax purposes</li><li>Ensure timely collection and recording of vendor invoices with correct GST inputs</li></ul>Inventory &amp; GRN Entry<ul><li>Coordinate with stores for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry</li><li>Match supplier invoices with GRN and PO</li><li>Maintain records of stock inward and outward entries (where applicable)</li></ul>Accounts Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing reports for management review</li><li>Respond to queries from auditors and vendors</li><li>Support monthly closing of books</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel</li><li>Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail, reliability, and time management</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com or related degree in Accounting</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles</li><li>Experience in manufacturing/trading company preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 09/08/2025 Expected Start Date: 30/08/2025

Accounts Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and Hindi-speaking Sales &amp; Marketing Executive to manage customer communications and export marketing operations from our office. The candidate will not be required to travel for field sales but will focus on handling leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving export opportunities.&#11835;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, English, and regional languages.</li><li>Manage inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other export portals.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across India and export markets.</li><li>Generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.</li><li>Prepare and share quotations, follow up on payments, and track orders.</li><li>Support export documentation and compliance as needed.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and customer updates for management.</li></ul>&#11835;Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), with good English and Tamil as an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Previous experience in sales support, customer relations, or marketing preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.) is an added plus.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).</li><li>Should be office-based (no field work).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,548.92 - &#8377;38,945.02 per monthWork Location: In person
