We focus on operational excellence, timely execution, and strong compliance management across our projects.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with a Civil Engineering background who can combine technical understanding with strong people and documentation management skills. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in HR operations, site administration, official correspondence, and a sound understanding of HAM and EPC contract structures.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment for multiple project sites.</li><li>Supervise attendance management, payroll coordination, and compliance under PF, ESI, BOCW, and labour laws.</li><li>Draft and vet official letters, correspondence, and contractual communications with NHAI, consultants, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate between project sites and head office for HR, administration, and contract-related matters.</li><li>Support the contracts department in maintaining documentation and records as per HAM/EPC contract requirements.</li><li>Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across all project locations.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients on HR and compliance-related issues.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and discipline systems tailored for project environments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)</li><li>MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / IR (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in HR and site administration within construction / infrastructure companies</li><li>Proficient in letter drafting, official correspondence, and document control</li><li>Sound knowledge of NHAI procedures, HAM and EPC contracts, and construction project organization</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools</li></ul>CompensationCan be discussed on-table as per industry standards.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Position: Inventory Management Officer / Executive &ndash; Road Construction Projects Company: Rajbir Construction Pvt. Ltd.About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to handle inventory and material management for our road construction (NHAI/MoRTH) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining material records, tracking inflow and outflow at site, verifying stock levels, and ensuring timely availability of construction materials as per project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage receipt, issue, and reconciliation of construction materials (cement, steel, bitumen, aggregates, etc.)</li><li>Maintain updated stock registers, GRNs, and inventory records (manual and digital).</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement and site execution teams for material requirements.</li><li>Conduct periodic physical verification of stock at site stores and yards.</li><li>Implement material tracking systems for efficient utilization and minimum wastage.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, transporters, and site engineers for smooth material flow.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in inventory/store management for road or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and consumption tracking.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or software like Autodesk Construction Cloud / Procore (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple site inventories.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Management.</li><li>Certification in Inventory or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.</li></ul>Salary: &#8377;40,000 &ndash; &#8377;50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
