 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a motivated
 
 Junior Engineer
 
 to support high-rise construction projects. This entry-level role will assist senior engineers with site supervision, documentation, quality control, and coordination under the guidance of experienced site management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in supervising daily construction activities and monitoring work progress against project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support preparation of daily/weekly site reports, material tracking, and manpower deployment records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct basic quality inspections on materials, formwork, concrete pours, and finishing works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth site operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor site safety compliance and participate in toolbox talks and safety audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help track material deliveries, inventory, and shortages for timely procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support quantity take-offs and basic cost monitoring under senior engineer guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend site meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn high-rise construction sequencing, floor cycles, and critical path activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in
 
 Civil Engineering
 
 , Construction Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 0-2 years experience
 
 (fresh graduates with internships welcome).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and high-rise sequencing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 AutoCAD
 
 , MS Excel, and basic site documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to
 
 relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
 
 and work site-based hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and team player attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Physically fit for site work environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Internship experience in high-rise or building construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE construction market exposure (RAK/Dubai preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of UAE building codes and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driver License is an advantage
 </li>
