<div>Clinical Trainer - Full-Time Position - Raleigh Location
We are seeking a hands-on Clinical Trainer to support the development and performance of our Medical Assistant team within a fast-paced orthopedic practice. This role combines direct patient care with a strong focus on training, onboarding, and staff development, while supporting efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead training, onboarding, and mentorship of new Medical Assistants</li>
<li>Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing coaching and performance support</li>
<li>Serve as a clinical resource for MA staff and reinforce best practices</li>
<li>Assist with staffing coordination and provide coverage support as needed</li>
<li>Support daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and provider productivity</li>
<li>Assist providers with orthopedic procedures (injections, casting, splinting, brace application)</li>
<li>Room patients, obtain vitals, and accurately document medical histories in the EMR</li>
<li>Prepare patients for exams and provide education on treatments and post-procedure care</li>
<li>Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols</li>
<li>Support quality initiatives, workflow improvements, and clinical documentation standards</li>
<li>Assist with supply management, inventory, and implementation of new processes or systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership and participate in staff meetings and training initiatives</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/RMA preferred</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or specialty care</li>
<li>Experience in clinical coordination, compliance, or leadership preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical workflows</li>
<li>Experience with EMR systems and documentation processes</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
