Sourcing Executive – Drilling Based Chemicals

We are looking for a Sourcing &amp; Purchase Executive for our Food / FMCG department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing food products, coordinating with vendors, and supporting day-to-day purchase activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source FMCG / food products from existing and new suppliers</li><li>Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for orders, follow-ups, and dispatch</li><li>Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and basic documentation</li><li>Support inventory planning and ensure timely material availability</li><li>Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams for billing and GRN</li><li>Ensure quality standards and basic compliance as per company norms</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate (Commerce / Management / any stream preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in sourcing or purchase (FMCG / Food industry preferred)</li><li>Freshers with strong interest in procurement may also apply</li><li>Basic knowledge of purchase process and vendor handling</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>MS Excel and basic computer knowledge required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
