Job Description
The Retail Operations Analyst helps support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives between the corporate office and field teams. This role partners cross-functionally to drive consistent execution, ensure alignment with business priorities, and support the successful rollout of projects, pilots, and process improvements across the field.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Evaluate retail processes (labor, inventory flow, service execution, merchandising, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and improve consistency across stores</li><li>
Document and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational playbooks to support scalable execution</li><li>
Partner with field leadership to pilot process changes, measure results, and support successful rollouts</li><li>
Manage operational projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actions</li><li>
Support demand planning, forecasting, and purchase order coordination to ensure product and materials align with operational needs</li><li>
Serve as a cross-functional point of contact for project communication, updates, and issue resolution</li></ul>
Skills and Knowledge
A collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience Microsoft Excel, Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Qualifications<ul><li>
2-4 years of experience in store/ retail operations, project coordination or related role</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred</li><li>
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment</li><li>
Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen</li><li>
Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds</li></ul>

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by accurately processing, verifying, reconciling, and recording invoices and payments in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role prioritizes tasks effectively, works with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and ensures timely and accurate completion of accounting responsibilities. The Accounts Payable Specialist maintains strict confidentiality while supporting the overall efficiency and financial integrity of the business.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Enter and verify vendor invoices in the accounting system and match them to purchase orders</li><li>
Review reports to identify discrepancies in the three-way match process</li><li>
Collaborate directly with Buyers and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies</li><li>
Manage vendor accounts and maintain positive vendor relationships</li><li>
Report payment exceptions to vendors promptly</li><li>
Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions</li><li>
Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure accuracy between both parties</li><li>
Communicate professionally with vendors by phone and email</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date vendor records, including contact and remittance details</li><li>
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information</li><li>
Verify payment accuracy by matching documentation to check runs before disbursement</li><li>
Keep an organized workspace and maintain filing systems for efficiency</li><li>
Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge</li></ul>

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects while meeting deadlines, Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Exceptional verbal, writing, and analytical skills, High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality, Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Qualifications<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred</li><li>
1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience or applicable accounting/finance education</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred</li></ul>
