Position Overview
<div>The Virtual Client Advisor connects with clients through Virtual Appointments, Phone, Texting, Email, or any other preferred method of contacts for Ralph Lauren Store clients to purchase virtually. The Virtual Client Advisor must embody a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences within the Ralph Lauren brand. First and foremost, the Virtual Client Advisor must have the selling skills, confidence and drive to exceed sales goals. The Virtual Client Advisor must be skilled at developing and nurturing client relationships virtually, while identifying opportunities to expand their client&rsquo;s interest in Ralph Lauren&rsquo;s lifestyle brand. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<div>
