<b>Position Overview
</b><div>The Sales Assistant plays a critical role assisting the Executive Sales Professional by engaging with clients and sales processes to deliver a seamless and memorable shopping experience to our customers. Sales Assistants play a critical role in driving business productivity to help the Executive Sales Professional reach their sales goal, through efficient and effective sales support.</div><br>

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
</b><div><ul><li>Supports client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow up, including package shipping &amp; returns/exchanges.</li>
<li>Provides assistance with alteration, order placement, and order follow up requests, ensuring that relevant paperwork, digital tracking and orders are thoroughly completed.</li>
<li>Supports in-store client service, hospitality and thoughtful, personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.</li>
<li>Supports the Executive Sales Professional as needed to ring client transactions, both in sales and returns.</li>
<li>Facilitates product needs from other stores to support in-store appointments or consignments for the assigned Executive Sales Professional.</li>
<li>Supports personalized outreach to clients that are lapsed and beyond lapsed to re-engage them with Executive Sales Professional and the brand.</li>
<li>Supports product pulls, fitting room setup &amp; recovery, floor presentation standards and seamless selling floor operations by embodying a &ldquo;one team focused on the customer&rdquo; mindset.</li>
<li>Establishes processes and best practices for organizing client engagement and follow up for the Executive Sales Professional around key product arrivals, selling &amp; brand events, promotional periods, marketing activations and important client lifestyle events &amp; milestones.</li>
<li>Actively participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching to bolster productivity and results for the Executive Sales Professional.</li>
<li>Ensures all client information is captured in the concierge app.</li>
<li>Handles sensitive and confidential with utmost discretion and adheres to company policies and ethical standards as outlined in the employee handbook.</li></ul><br>

<b>Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
</b><div><ul><li>Past retail selling experience preferred.</li>

4. Provide guidance and help coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills to contribute to overall team success.</p>

5. Develops genuine connections with customers while advising customers while aligning product recommendations that align with their preferences.</p>

6. Understand sales goals and objectives and consistently meets or exceeds individual Key Performance Indicators (SPH, data capture, etc) and utilizes key tools and resources to effectively drive performance.</p>

7. Understand how to adapt and showcase product differently based on if a customer is remote or in-person, showing flexibility based on customer needs.</p>

8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data to support clienteling and additional business initiatives.</p>
