Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning:&middot; Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.&middot; Lead the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to payment, for categories including Civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fa&ccedil;ade, Finishes, and Project Services.&middot; Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier landscapes to anticipate risks and opportunities.&middot; Integrate procurement strategy with project schedules to ensure seamless material availability and avoid project delays.2.
