<div>Lead and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Floaters to deliver consistent, high-quality service.</div></li><br>

<div>Drive operational cadence, enforce standards, and maintain safety.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Keep management payroll lean ( 8&ndash;10% of revenue) while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>Build a strong talent bench and clear promotion pathways across your region.</p><br>

</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1><br>
<ul>
<li><div>Regional Cadence: Run weekly Supervisor 1:1s, site audits (2&ndash;4 per week, including one late shift), and on-time weekly reports.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Coverage System: Enforce escalation procedures (cleaner local floater cross-floater supervisor), monitor call-off SLAs, and address root causes.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Quality &amp; Client Health: Improve inspection averages, resolve escalations, and own QBRs for key accounts.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>P&amp;L Discipline: Track labor %, OT %, and management payroll %; approve changes that impact cost or SLA; recommend pricing/scope adjustments.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Workforce &amp; Bench: Right-size Supervisor counts, build succession plans, and coordinate training with Implementation &amp; Safety.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Territory Design: Optimize routes to reduce windshield time and balance oversight between day/night shifts.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Safety &amp; Compliance: Ensure toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and CAPA closure; support incident investigations.</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>Standards &amp; Tools: Enforce usage of Swept (time, photos, communication, supply requests) and keep data current.</p><br>
</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Performance Goals</b></h1><br>

<li><div>Client retention 95% in region.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Coverage rate 99%; call-off SLA 95%.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Inspection averages 90%; repeat issue rate &lt; 10%.</div></li><br>

<div>Management payroll 8&ndash;10% of revenue.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Overtime % within targets, with mitigations in place for variances.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Vacancy fill time 7 days with a stable floater bench.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Supervisor retention 90% with successors named for key roles.</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>100% on-time weekly reports; 2&ndash;4 audits per week (incl. one late shift).</p><br>

</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h1>
<div>Required:</div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>4&ndash;7+ years in multi-site service operations leadership (janitorial/facilities preferred).</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Proven ability to coach and elevate Supervisor performance across multiple branches.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>P&amp;L awareness: labor planning, OT control, and territory optimization.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Strong client communication, escalation management, and data-driven decision-making.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Working knowledge of safety practices, EHS, and CAPA processes.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Proficiency with Swept or similar workforce tools.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; 30&ndash;40% regional travel; ability to work occasional evening/overnight audits.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Experience with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber and carpet cleaners.</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.</div></li><br>
</ul>
<div>Preferred:</div><br>
<ul><li>
<div>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</div></li><br>
<li>
<p>Experience managing regional budgets and KPIs in a service-based business.</p><br>
</li>
