Roles &amp; Responsibilities :-&middot;Ensure accurate documentation in nursing assessment sheet, pre and post-operative documents, intake output chart, ER chart, ICU chart etc.<ul><li>Participate in consultant rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.</li><li>Provide professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.</li><li>Observes and records signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients reports, assessment changes to the concerned authority.</li><li>Takes the nursing history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.</li><li>Accurately records and reports incidents.</li><li>Ensure strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for 24x7.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of admission, discharge and transfer procedures and assists others with patients activities and care with collaborative manner.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>GNM/B.Sc.
