About the Role:We are seeking a Licensing (Legal) professional to manage statutory licenses and approvalsfor McDonald&rsquo;s restaurants across North &amp; East India. The role ensures full compliancewith regulatory requirements while supporting our rapid expansion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Must have experience in lease agreements, commercial contracts, real estate due diligence, &amp; risk analysis.</li><li>Manage end-to-end licensing for new stores, remodels &amp; renewals</li><li>Secure and track statutory approvals (FSSAI, Fire, Trade License, Pollution, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with government authorities to ensure timely compliance</li><li>Work closely with Real Estate, Construction, Operations &amp; external partners for seamless store openings</li><li>Maintain documentation, audits &amp; compliance dashboards</li><li>Provide legal guidance on regulatory changes impacting operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>LLB required; experience in F&amp;B/QSR/retail licensing preferred</li><li>Strong government liaisoning and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multi-state compliance timelines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
