Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled server /Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.</li><li>Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.</li><li>Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not required.</li><li>Must possess food handling certification or be willing to obtain it upon hiring.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>--You must have over 2 years restaurant server experience !--You must be 21 years or older to be considered for this opportunityBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>2 Bonus</li></ul>Join our team and bring your passion for bartending to life while providing memorable experiences for our guests!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
