We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing plans, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.</li><li>Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and relationship building with potential clients.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.</li><li>Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our 3PL services, including digital marketing, trade shows, and direct marketing.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics to senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics or supply chain industry.
