Your Role in Our World of Beauty:<ul><li>
Be the trusted advisor: Guide our discerning clients through personalized aesthetic journeys, from injectables to advanced skincare treatments.</li><li>
Drive sales with confidence: Convert inquiries into booked services and ensure every client feels like a VIP. Conduct in-person consultations and build customized treatment plans.</li><li>
Achieve and exceed high-value targets: Thrive on a competitive compensation plan that rewards your expertise. Convert leads into scheduled services with strong follow-up and relationship-building.</li><li>
Represent luxury and excellence: Be part of a brand known for premium service and results. Participate in events, promotions, and brand-building activities.</li><li>
Maintain deep product and treatment knowledge (injectables, lasers, skincare, body services).</li><li>
Support the clinical team with a seamless client experience from consultation to checkout.</li></ul>
Requirements:

We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
A proven sales star with experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or luxury beauty space.</li><li>
Impeccable presentation, persuasive communication, and a passion for high-end client care.</li><li>
A track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.</li><li>
Someone who thrives in an upscale environment and loves creating memorable experiences.</li></ul>
