This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records for office operations and client information</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and general clerical duties</li><li>Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity</li><li>Maintain organization of the front desk area to ensure a tidy, efficient workspace at all times</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office or administrative experience is highly preferred, including roles such as receptionist or personal assistant</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills</li><li>Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and visitors</li><li>Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is desirable</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of office management software like QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly first point of contact that sets the tone for our organization.
