Compensation:
$125,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Serve as lead counsel on your personal injury docket</li><li>
Develop a case strategy with meaningful autonomy and team support</li><li>
Conduct new client consultations with clarity and compassion</li><li>
Move cases forward with urgency, ownership, and a results-driven mindset</li><li>
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence</li><li>
Argue motions and represent clients in court</li><li>
Delegate effectively while retaining full responsibility for outcomes</li><li>
Resolve settlements and verdicts, including liens and disbursements</li><li>
Collaborate with teammates, share wins, and support others</li><li>
Identify issues and implement solutions proactively</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Required<ul><li>
Based in or near Austin, TX</li><li>
J.D. from an accredited law school</li><li>
Active Texas Bar License</li><li>
2+ years of personal injury experience</li><li>
Ability to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload</li><li>
Strong research, writing, communication, and courtroom skills</li><li>
Proficiency with Dropbox, Slack, case management systems, and AI tools</li><li>
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>
Team-first, humble, supportive approach</li><li>
Commitment to compassionate and urgent client communication</li></ul>
