Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Health Screenings &amp; Assessments: Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.</li><li>
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.</li><li>
Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.</li><li>
Health Promotion: Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.</li><li>
Emergency Response: Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.</li><li>
Ergonomic Assessments: Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.</li><li>
Education &amp; Training: Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li> Registered Nurse with a valid license in Missouri</li><li>2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health</li><li>Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols</li><li>Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment</li></ul>

About the Role</h3>
As a PRN RN, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in promoting health and safety at the job site. Working collaboratively with the lead nurse and site safety team, you&rsquo;ll provide first aid, health education, and preventive services to help workers stay safe, healthy, and engaged.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on, relationship-based work&mdash;someone who&rsquo;s comfortable being visible on site, engaging with workers, and providing approachable, trusted care in an outdoor construction environment.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>
First Aid &amp; Onsite Safety<ul><li>
Assess and provide first aid for occupational injuries or illnesses with accurate documentation</li><li>
Maintain first aid and clinic supplies in clean, organized condition</li><li>
Coordinate emergency response with onsite EMTs or safety personnel</li><li>
Document injuries, prepare reports, and assist with return-to-work assessments</li></ul>
Screenings &amp; Immunizations<ul><li>
Provide basic health screenings (BP, height, weight, BMI, body composition)</li><li>
Perform specimen collections for drug and alcohol screenings, as applicable</li><li>
Administer immunizations such as influenza vaccines</li></ul>
Health Promotion<ul><li>
Engage employees and leadership in health and wellness initiatives</li><li>
Share educational resources and promote healthy lifestyle habits</li><li>
Lead group activities such as stretch-and-flex programs or brief wellness sessions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Active RN license (required)</li><li>
BLS or ACLS certification (required)</li><li>
Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs onsite</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience in occupational health, wellness, or construction environments</li><li>

Position Summary (PRN):<ul><li>
Respond to on-site emergencies and provide first aid for minor injuries.</li><li>
Deliver individualized or group injury prevention education and treatment.</li><li>
Coach employees on behavior change, safety, and injury prevention through personalized guidance.</li><li>
Participate in emergency response drills and regular site safety walks.</li><li>
Perform inspections of safety equipment, including AEDs, safety showers, and spill kits.</li><li>
Document interventions, support case management, and communicate findings with medical professionals as needed.</li></ul>

Current CPR and First Aid certification.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in urgent situations.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>

Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing techniques.</li><li>
Ability to take manual blood pressure readings.</li></ul>
