Ramsey Village, a continuing care retirement community in Des Moines, is seeking a F/T Business Office Manager. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Duties for this position include:<ul><li>Accounts Payable</li><li>Accounts Receivable</li><li>Private Billing Statements</li><li>Medicaid billing</li><li>Bank deposits (with use of scanner)</li><li>Fill in for front desk coverage, greeting visitors and answering phones if needed</li></ul>This individual supervises an exceptional group of reception staff. Medicare and Medicaid billing experience required. PointClickCare software experience required.This is a salaried position and pay is commensurate with experience.
