Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer communications, convert inquiries into sales, and support marketing activities to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication &amp; Sales<ul><li>Manage and respond to customer messages promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms</li><li>Attend incoming calls in a polite and professional manner</li><li>Guide and convince customers to visit the shop</li><li>Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales</li><li>Maintain records of leads, customer details, and sales conversions with bill references</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Content Support<ul><li>Develop content for posters, social media posts, and video campaigns when required</li><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms</li><li>Create engaging content for:</li><li>Social media platforms</li><li>Email newsletters</li><li>Blogs and website updates</li><li>Ensure all communications and content align with the company&rsquo;s brand image and messaging</li></ul>Salary &amp; Incentives<ul><li>Basic Salary 1000 AED</li><li>2% commission on each confirmed sale generated through your customer interaction</li><li>Commission is applicable only for successfully converted leads properly recorded with customer details and bill references</li></ul>Work Location &amp; Availability<ul><li>Primarily Work From Home</li><li>Candidate must be available during working hours to attend calls and manage customer communications</li><li>Must be available to visit the office when required</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Good communication and convincing skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing</li><li>Ability to handle customers professionally</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li></ul>Job TypeFull-time / RemoteWork Location: Remote
