Full job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Marketing, Videographer &amp; Photographer to lead all visual content and marketing activities for our Dubai-based real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality property visuals and executing effective marketing strategies to promote listings, projects, and the company brand.Key ResponsibilitiesVideography &amp; Photography<ul><li>Capture high-quality property photos, videos, reels, and walkthroughs</li><li>Produce and edit professional real estate videos for listings, social media, and websites</li><li>Conduct indoor and outdoor property shoots using professional equipment</li><li>Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software</li><li>Maintain and organize a digital library of media content</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Digital Promotion<ul><li>Plan and execute real estate marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Property Finder, Bayut, etc.</li><li>Create engaging content for social media, listings, and advertisements</li><li>Work closely with agents to highlight key selling points of properties</li><li>Manage posting schedules and basic performance tracking</li><li>Support branding and promotional activities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, videography, and photography in Dubai</li><li>Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market and property marketing</li><li>Proficiency in camera equipment and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)</li><li>Experience with social media marketing and property portals</li><li>Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Drone photography/videography license (UAE-approved)</li><li>Experience with real estate portals and developer branding</li><li>Knowledge of basic graphic design and content strategy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
