Automotive Service Advisor &ndash; Randash Auto Center, Bozeman MTPay: $19&ndash;$23 per hour DOE plus bonus opportunities Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PMRandash Auto Center in Bozeman is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role connects customers and technicians to ensure clear communication, accurate billing, and efficient service.We&rsquo;re a family-run dealership built on the belief that everyone deserves a comeback story. If you take pride in helping people, keeping operations organized, and making a difference in your community, this position offers a great opportunity to grow with a trusted local team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Write, review, and close work orders with accurate parts and labor billing</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, timelines, and approvals</li><li>Prepare and present estimates for service and maintenance</li><li>Recommend additional maintenance or protection services when appropriate</li><li>Maintain parts and supply inventory</li><li>Coordinate with technicians, warranty, and collections for workflow efficiency</li><li>Follow all procedures for cash handling, documentation, and compliance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in parts</li><li>Working knowledge of DealerCenter, Frazer, ShopMonkey, or similar software</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic understanding of automotive systems and service schedules</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li></ul>Certifications ASE C1 &ndash; Service Consultant certification encouraged (or willingness to pursue)Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform regular standing, walking, and vehicle movementReports To Service Manager and Area ManagerCompensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$19&ndash;$23 per hour DOE</li><li>Bonus opportunities for individual and department performance</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Employee discounts on vehicles and service</li></ul>Why Join Randash Auto Center Randash Auto has been locally owned and operated in Montana for over 30 years, helping thousands of customers drive dependable vehicles they can be proud of.
