We are seeking an experienced <b>Lead Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager</b>. In this role, you will handle you own portfolio of complex Pre-litigation cases as well as supervise all other Case Managers, leading them in a weekly meeting to keep the department and all cases on track. The Senior Case Manager reports directly to the Partners who will provide attorney support and direction as needed.</div><div><br>

<div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul> <li>10+ years Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience</li>
<li>Fluent in Spanish and English</li>
<li>Experienced in supervising staff</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail oriented</li>
<li>Experience auditing cases</li>
<li>Caring and compassionate to Clients</li>
<li>Skilled in Demand writing and communication</li>
<li>Skilled with office tech (Microsoft Office Suite, CASEpeer, Adobe, Docusign, etc.)</li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>Job duties include:</b></div>
<ul> <li>Managing portfolio of complex Personal Injury Pre-litigation Cases</li>
<li>Drafting demand letters</li>
<li>Settling injury claims</li>
<li> Supervise Case Managers</li>
<li> Supervise and audit Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Cases</li>
<li>Lead Pre-Litigation Department, including weekly meetings</li>
<li>Conducting intakes and client interviews</li>
<li>Medical and Medicare reporting</li>
<li>Monitor, maintain, and direct client medical treatment</li>
<li> Maintain electronic case files in firm cloud server and CASEpeer</li>
<li> Maintain frequent and quality communication with clients</li>
<li>Lien negotiations and case accounting</li></ul><br>
