The HRIS Workday Specialist will provide Human Resources technology delivery and will be responsible for evaluating system resource requirements, configuring applications to meet business needs and implementing technology programs through regular system and data analysis.
This position is for our ASC location , (main campus) located at: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233. T he Human Resources Technology Specialist will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule after the successful completion of training. The training period can vary and will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center &ndash; Live Oak, Texas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage business process development, improvement, configuration, testing, maintenance and implementation within Workday and other systems for assigned projects.
</li><li>Actively pursue innovative initiatives and provide system expertise along with recommendations for process modifications in order to ensure continued effective use of HR technological resources.
</li><li>Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform testing activities.
</li><li>Provide tier 1 support with HR Technology requests and system errors.
</li><li>Provide reports and data analysis as requested by end users.

</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED
</li><li>Minimum of one year experience specifically with configuring Workday and writing Workday reports and calculated fields
</li><li>Must be able/willing to commute to work location at: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233
</li><li>Strong skills in the areas of analysis, planning, communication, attention to detail and critical thinking
</li><li>Experience with system configuration and data analysis
</li><li>Must be able to manage several projects at one time while remaining organized
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the organization

HRIS Workday Specialist

The Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist should have basic knowledge of the performance improvement process (counseling) and/or disciplinary action processes from previous employers. The Employee Relations Specialist will work with and provide consultation and guidance to managers at various levels to resolve employee issues and improve employee performance within the credit union (CU). Employee investigation experience is a plus. In addition, the Employee Relations Specialist may review contracts, red lines and suggest changes to contracts.

</li><li>Assist with the CU's Affirmative Action Plan and EEO Reporting.
</li><li>Review contracts, red lines and suggest changes to contracts.
</li><li>May assist other areas of HR as needed, such as in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.

HR Employee Relations Specialist

<div>Job Description and Requirements
The Human Resources Benefits Specialist should be an experienced generalist with a background in multiple areas of human resources, preferably in benefits with some GL and/or payroll experience, and will be the contact for our health and welfare benefits. This position will coordinate leave programs to include FMLA, Leave of Absence, Military Leave and ADA Leave and accommodations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>This position will be the contact for our health and welfare benefits and employee leave programs for the credit union, CUSOs, and/or other credit union affiliates.
</li><li>Resolve benefit/payroll issues and discrepancies, auditing and reconciling benefit invoices and premium statements, developing benefit/payroll ad hoc reports, processing general ledger transactions, answering benefit questions and assisting with annual open enrollment.
</li><li>This position may be responsible for additional areas including: wellness initiatives, workers' compensation, retiree benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, employee files, recruiting, onboarding and/or other HR areas to be assigned.
</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)and other federal and/or state laws including credit union-sponsored Leaves of Absence (LOA).
</li><li>Maintain a strong rapport with credit union departments and managers. Provide exceptional internal HR service to employees, CU members and non-members.
</li><li>A generalist background comprising of benefits, leave administration and payroll is preferred.
