This is a hybrid role and a 6 month contractWe are seeking an experienced Workday Business Systems Analyst / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday HCM and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions across full-cycle implementations and ongoing support. This role requires a mix of technical configuration, functional analysis, and cross-team collaboration.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements, including configuration of core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Security, and Business Processes.</li><li>Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.</li><li>Configure and maintain Workday features: user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.</li><li>Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations across ERP and third-party applications using EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, BIRT, and Workday Studio.</li><li>Build and debug custom reports and collaborate with integration teams to support a complex, highly integrated system landscape.</li><li>Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and accuracy of solutions.</li><li>Maintain system integrity by documenting business processes, managing upgrades, changes, and user updates.</li><li>Partner with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to deliver high-quality, timely releases.</li><li>Follow established change management processes and evaluate the downstream impact of changes across the application landscape.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>6+ years of Workday experience, including full-cycle implementations and production support.</li><li>Workday Pro Certifications in Integrations and HCM preferred.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with configuration, integrations, and reporting within Workday.</li><li>Strong ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $88.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sunnyvale, CA 94086
