 The Marketing Director must Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy for the MENA region in alignment with corporate goals and business priorities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through research, industry events, publications, and digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and enhance brand awareness across multiple sectors including oil &amp; gas and industrial markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, public relations, and promotional activities to strengthen brand positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI from campaigns and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or regional expansions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the preparation of marketing content including brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, case studies, and online materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee digital marketing channels (website, SEO, social media, email campaigns) to expand visibility and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and conferences to enhance market presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain relationships with media, consultants, and external agencies to amplify company visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and effective decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customer and consultant engagement programs by providing technical marketing material and thought-leadership content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent corporate branding and compliance across all communication channels and regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep updated on industry best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and networking with peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for new initiatives, delivering impactful marketing strategies, and exploring opportunities to add value to the company.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering / in any fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 10+ years&rsquo; experience, preferably in a similar position in manufacturing / oil &amp; gas company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English, Arabic can be added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving License: Must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Software Skills: ERP, MS Office.
 </li>

 The incumbent would be responsible for The Chief Operating Officer (COO) &ndash; Foreign Expansion will be responsible for driving the company&rsquo;s international growth strategy, setting up and scaling operations in new geographies, and ensuring global operational excellence. The role requires a proven leader with experience in global expansion, regulatory compliance, cross-cultural leadership, and operational strategy across multiple international markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Lead the formulation and execution of international expansion strategies in alignment with the company&rsquo;s long-term goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and evaluate new markets for business entry and expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build market-entry frameworks including legal, operational, and go-to-market planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and competitive environments in target countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish operational infrastructure in new countries including logistics, warehousing, vendor partnerships, and talent acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth set-up and launch of new international branches or subsidiaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end operational activities to achieve performance, quality, and profitability targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to local laws, customs regulations, labor codes, and international trade requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure entities and agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mitigate risks associated with foreign operations, including geopolitical, legal, and operational risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with overseas clients to understand and fulfill their business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet with global customers to address and deliver on their specific business requirements.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA or equivalent degree in Business, International Trade, or Operations preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills

 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5&ndash;7 years in a senior leadership role involving foreign expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of setting up and scaling businesses internationally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in supply chain, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations in foreign markets is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
