 GM &ndash; Supply Chain Management
 
 to lead end-to-end operations for our manufacturing unit in
 
 Mumbai
 
 . This senior leadership role is responsible for defining the SCM strategy across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics to support business growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strategic Leadership:
 
 Define and oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including international procurement, vendor development, and digital transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Planning &amp; Inventory:
 
 Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to optimize material flow and working capital.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Operations &amp; Logistics:
 
 Manage inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing efficiency (FIFO, safety), and 3rd-party provider performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cost &amp; Performance:
 
 Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and monitor key KPIs like
 
 OTDIF
 
 and inventory turns.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Risk &amp; Compliance:
 
 Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with trade laws and safety standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 15&ndash;20+ years in manufacturing SCM/Procurement/Logistics, with 5&ndash;10 years in senior leadership from Electrical &amp; Electronic Manufacturing industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expertise:
 
 Deep experience in
 
 International Procurement (Plastics preferred)
 
 , production planning, warehousing, and inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering; an MBA or Post-Graduate degree is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong analytical/negotiation skills.
 </li>
