Our team includes both local and offshore staff collaborating daily through cloud-based systems and automations.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a Virtual Project Manager (PM) who can take ownership of operational flow &mdash; ensuring jobs move smoothly from contract to installation, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear between departments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in problem-solving, keeps the team accountable, and drives continuous improvement.This is a remote position that requires excellent coordination, follow-through, and leadership across time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight<ul><li>Monitor all open jobs (sales &rarr; measure &rarr; order &rarr; install &rarr; completion) to ensure nothing stalls.</li><li>Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate with the right team members to resolve them.</li><li>Maintain visibility on timelines and ensure commitments are met.</li></ul>Team Accountability<ul><li>Check that team members are actively working on assigned jobs daily.</li><li>Ensure status updates and documentation are consistently completed in JobNimbus or other company platforms.</li><li>Follow up on overdue tasks, missing updates, or pending approvals.</li></ul>Problem Solving<ul><li>Anticipate potential issues (e.g., product delays, incorrect orders, scheduling conflicts) and find fast, effective solutions.</li><li>Escalate major risks or recurring problems to senior management with clear recommendations.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Run short virtual check-ins or &ldquo;Team Time&rdquo; meetings to keep everyone aligned.</li><li>Track KPIs: job progress rates, issue-resolution times, and project cycle times.</li><li>Provide weekly summaries and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>Process Leadership<ul><li>Enforce company SOPs while helping refine and improve them.</li><li>Ensure offshore and local teams collaborate smoothly with no gaps in communication.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven leadership experience managing remote or hybrid teams.</li><li>Strong organizational and operational mindset &mdash; must love process, follow-through, and accountability.</li><li>Demonstrated success as a Team Lead</li><li>Tech-savvy with CRM or project-tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Highly reliable, proactive, and self-driven.</li></ul>Performance Goals<ul><li>Keep all active jobs moving without stalls or idle time.</li><li>Reduce average job cycle time (sale &rarr; completion).</li><li>Increase team accountability and cross-department communication.</li><li>Consistently deliver weekly reports and leadership insights.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Leadership: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (American accent) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
