<div></div><div><b>Major Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>Strategic Partnership &amp; Analysis</b></div>
<ul><li>Partner with the CEO to develop, track, and execute strategic priorities, ensuring clear communication and accountability across leadership.</li>
<li>Conduct research and analysis to support corporate strategy, business development opportunities, and long-range planning.</li>
<li>Prepare executive summaries, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making at the CEO and Board levels.</li>
<li>Support preparation for investor meetings, Board presentations, and strategic reviews.</li>
</ul><div><b>Operational Execution</b></div>
<ul><li>Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, off-sites, and leadership team agendas; ensure effective follow-through on action items.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&amp;D, Quality, MFG, Clinical, and Non-Clinical teams to align goals and timelines.</li>
<li>Support execution of high-priority programs, special projects, and partnership initiatives.</li>
</ul><div><b>Executive Support &amp; Operations</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics with precision and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Prioritize and manage an evolving list of tasks, projects, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.</li>
<li>Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications.</li>
</ul><div><b>Communication &amp; Leadership Alignment</b></div>
<ul><li>Serve as an extension of the CEO to ensure consistent messaging, internal communication, and organizational alignment.</li>
<li>Draft and review key communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability.</li>
</ul><div><b>Education and/or Job Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in business, life sciences, or engineering preferred.</li>
<li>2-5 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or corporate development, preferably within biotech, pharma, or medical device industries.</li>
</ul><div><b>Skills and Specifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable building models and interpreting complex data sets.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information at the executive and Board levels.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build trust, influence without authority, and maintain confidentiality.</li>
