As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will primarily be part of the patient's dental health wellness journey. The position works closely with the Potential and current Patients with a true commitment to lead others through positive influence.Team Owned Ranieu Family Dental in Vancouver, WA has an immediate opening for a Patient Relations Specialist in a growing organization. He or she has a fabulous high energy personality, detailed oriented, loves to impact people, genuinely caring, team player, empathetic, intelligent, excellent communicator, and independent thinker. Spanish Speaker is a Must.Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Greet and Seat Patients- Answering multiple phone lines- Scheduling Patients- Educating Patients- Verifying Insurance Benefits- Assisting Team Members when needed- Scanning and Faxing Documents- Taking Vital Signs- Explaining Treatment Plans to Patient- Wowing PatientsNo experience is Required. Willing to Train as long as the candidate is Coachable.This position requires Saturdays with additional hours/times as needed. Fluent Spanish Speaker is a Must.Compensation: Starts at $20/hour with Individual and Team Bonuses.
