We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute strategies that improve organic search performance and increase website traffic. The role involves technical SEO, content optimization, and data-driven decision making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site performance.</li><li>Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure.</li><li>Manage link-building and outreach activities to improve domain authority.</li><li>Monitor SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams.</li><li>Provide guidance to junior SEO team members.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2-4 years of experience in SEO.</li><li>Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and technical SEO.</li><li>Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Experience with AI or automation tools is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
