Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Sound Engineer with hands-on experience in recording, mixing, and mastering music and audio content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a studio environment, collaborating with artists, and delivering high-quality audio outputs within deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle audio recording sessions for vocals, instruments, podcasts, and other audio content</li><li>Perform mixing and mastering to achieve professional, release-ready sound</li><li>Operate and manage Logic Pro efficiently for end-to-end audio production</li><li>Set up microphones, audio interfaces, and studio gear as per session requirements</li><li>Work closely with artists, musicians, and clients to understand creative requirements</li><li>Ensure proper session documentation, file management, and backups</li><li>Maintain studio equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues</li><li>Meet project timelines while maintaining sound quality standards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience as a Sound / Audio Engineer</li><li>Strong proficiency in Logic Pro</li><li>Solid understanding of recording techniques, mixing, and mastering workflows</li><li>Knowledge of EQ, compression, reverb, delay, and other audio processing tools</li><li>Good ear for sound, balance, and detail</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience working in a professional recording studio</li><li>Knowledge of different music genres and production styles</li><li>Basic understanding of acoustics and sound treatment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a creative studio environment</li><li>Hands-on exposure to diverse audio projects</li><li>Growth opportunities based on performance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 24 monthsPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
