We are looking for a responsible Graphic Designer to communicate and design signs and other marketing materials. Duties of the designer include providing support to our customers, managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company&rsquo;s general templates and process. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Whether you had previous experience as a designer and familiarity within our industry or not, we&rsquo;d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.Responsibilities<ul><li>Emails</li><li>Customer communication</li><li>Become familiar with our products</li><li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and orders</li><li>Develop and maintain a filing system</li><li>Provide a smooth and prompt response to our customers</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience as with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures</li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)</li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Creative</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>High School degree; additional qualification as an designer will be a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
