Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media channels, generating leads, executing email campaigns, and implementing SEO practices. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce and proficiency in using digital marketing tools will be preferred.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Handle and manage all social media channels for the brand.</li><li>Create engaging and visually appealing posts and publish them regularly.</li><li>Propose new content ideas and campaign strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Branding</li><li>Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and nurture them by creating awareness about the brand&rsquo;s products and services.</li><li>Actively post in relevant LinkedIn and online groups to build visibility for products and services.</li><li>Email Marketing</li><li>Maintain and update email lists to ensure accuracy and high engagement.</li><li>Create and send cold emails to potential customers, ensuring consistent follow-ups and coordination with leads.</li><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO)</li><li>Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track SEO performance.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.</li><li>Campaigns &amp; Analytics</li><li>Work on performance-based campaigns to generate leads and conversions.</li><li>Use digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize results.</li><li>Provide monthly reports on social media performance, SEO growth, and lead generation.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Consistent posting and engagement across all social media channels.</li><li>Growth in brand reach, followers, and engagement.</li><li>Number of qualified leads generated through LinkedIn and cold emails.</li><li>Regular and effective posting in online groups.</li><li>Improved website ranking and traffic through SEO practices.</li><li>Campaign performance reports with actionable insights.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in digital marketing (E-commerce industry preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, and email marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, SEMrush, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,234.49 - &#8377;38,855.50 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
