<ul><li> The aim of Product manager is to oversee the supply of products, branch to branch stock</li></ul>
<div>transfer, maintaining inventory hygiene through Ageing / Stock Liquidation, chalking out
</div><div>sell-in/Sell out plan, formulating implementing market penetration</div>
<div>business development strategies for the sales growth.</div>
<ul><li> Leading the Sales force developing them through motivational
</li></ul><div>training programs, monthly con call to update roadmap, problem resolution.
</div><ul><li> Spending time in market, interacting with Branch Heads, Vendors, Partners
</li></ul><div>Media to collect market/competitor feedback brand performance.
</div><ul><li> Should play proactive role building up positive brand image in the market
</li></ul><div>Product visibility through POP, website, social media, adverts, Press release,
</div><div>Product review, road shows Channel schemes.</div>
<ul><li> Actively participation in flagship events.
</li></ul><ul><li> Maintaining marketing fund record, review of branch/vendor Claim submission of activity</li></ul>
<div>closure report, Payment follow up, P L Management.
</div><ul><li> Preparation of monthly price list updating BT, Vendor reporting for sales
</li></ul><div>Stock closing, Analysis of target v/s achievement, resolution of brand issues,
</div><div>creation of new product code.<br>

Qualifications Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or MBA from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>1-2 yrs experience in Product Management, Sales Management.
</li><li>Strong presentation and collaboration skills will be an added advantage.</li></ul></div><div></div>
