Requirements 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
Work with VIP clients:<ul><li>
Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world;</li><li>
Formation of a commercial offer to the client;</li><li>
Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request;</li><li>
Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers;</li><li>
Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).</li><li>
Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).</li><li>
Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.</li><li>
Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.</li><li>
Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.</li><li>
Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.</li><li>
Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.</li></ul>
