Our team is based in Nashville and thrives on creating content that&rsquo;s bold, funny, and made for the feed.Position Summary: We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to lead Instagram content creation and scheduling for Rated Red and our affiliated Like A Farmer podcast. This full-time contract role is based in our Midtown Nashville office and studio, and will be central to the visual voice of our brand on Instagram.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create Original Posts: Design and write compelling single-image posts with strong headlines and carousel-style posts for news and lifestyle stories tailored to the Rated Red and Like A Farmer audiences.</li><li>Video Scheduling: Prepare and schedule video clips from our original series for Instagram feed and Reels.</li><li>Content Planning: Collaborate with editorial and video teams to plan content calendars for both Rated Red and Like A Farmer Instagram channels.</li><li>Post Scheduling &amp; Publishing: Manage publishing through scheduling tools and ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with engagement trends.</li><li>Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on what's trending and pitch new content ideas that align with our brand voice and values.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Maintain visual and editorial consistency across all Instagram content.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years experience managing Instagram content for a brand, media company, or podcast</li><li>Strong design and writing skills with an eye for visual storytelling and headline creation</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar for creating image posts</li><li>Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram Reels, carousels, and video clipping tools</li><li>Passion for news, lifestyle, and Southern culture a strong plus</li><li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at our Nashville office/studio</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>Type: Full-Time Contract</li><li>Location: On-site in Midtown Nashville, TN</li><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, standard business hours with flexibility for occasional after-hours posting</li></ul>Apply: Bring your creative chops, love of social media, and sharp instincts for storytelling, and help Rated Red make scroll-stopping content every day.Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
