Rath Tutoring is seeking an experienced and motivated GRE Tutor</b> to help students prepare for graduate school admissions through one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions.</div><div><b>

Role: GRE Tutor</b></h3><div>
As a member of our team, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting students through customized, goal-oriented tutoring. The majority of our students come to us for test prep, making your expertise vital to their academic progress.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><br>

Design and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to each student&rsquo;s needs</li><li>
Identify student challenges and develop effective strategies for improvement</li><li>
Teach with flexibility and creativity, adapting to different learning styles</li><li>
Maintain detailed session notes, including progress updates, challenges, and assigned homework</li><li>
Communicate observations about student engagement and effort when needed</li><li>
Collaborate with the Rath Tutoring team and use our online tools effectively</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field (advanced degree a plus)</li><li>
Strong GRE performance (330+ preferred) and/or significant GRE tutoring experience</li><li>
Experience delivering engaging one-on-one tutoring (online strongly preferred)</li><li>
At least <b>3&ndash;5 years of teaching/tutoring experience</b> or equivalent hours</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>
Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to student needs</li><li>
Proficiency with Zoom, online whiteboards, and other digital tools for tutoring</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Preferred Availability (based on your time zone):</div><br>

At least 4 weekend hours (Sat 10am&ndash;6pm, Sun 10am&ndash;6pm)</li><li>
Consistent weekday availability Mon&ndash;Thurs afternoons/evenings (Typically between 12pm - 8pm)</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
