 We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Manager to join Ravago T&uuml;rkiye at our Ata&scedil;ehir office.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a relevant faculty (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields),
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 15 years of experience
 
 in administrative affairs, and supplier/service contract management, with at least
 
 5 years in a managerial position
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in contract negotiation, problem solving, and supplier relations management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
 </li>

 Manage and oversee all administrative operations of the office,

 Lead and coordinate related insurance processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements,

 Negotiate, manage, and monitor supplier contracts and service agreements (maintenance, catering, cleaning, security, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth execution of administrative support services and effective coordination with internal departments,
 </li>

 Supervise and maintain office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, including follow-up on repairs, renovations, and maintenance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
 </li>

 Desired Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering),

 Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of both written and spoken English,

 Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems (Production Planning &amp; Stock Management modules),

 Strong leadership, coaching, and coordination skills,

 Collaborate with the Sales team to align production plans for make-to-stock and make-to-order products, ensuring flexibility and prioritization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve key KPIs such as product quality, production variance, inventory turnover, order lead times, product availability, and service level.
 </li>
