 Key Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in polyurethane and/or plastic raw materials,
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of working in an international business environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of MS Office applications and CRM driven sales processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license, open to frequent customer visits and travel without restrictions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, result-oriented and motivated to take ownership and grow within a performance focused organization.
 </li>

 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and develop assigned customer portfolios, acting as a trusted commercial partner,
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute field sales activities while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct structured market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making,
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and project based sales initiatives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and sustain long-term partnerships with customers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and timely sales, pipeline and activity reporting through the CRM system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate customer demands with internal teams to ensure service excellence and stock availability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with marketing and business development teams to successfully introduce new products and projects to the market.
 </li>

 R&amp;D Specialist
 
 to join
 
 Ravago R&amp;D Center
 
 at our Gebze plant.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical Engineering, Materials &amp; Metallurgical Engineering, Polymer Science and Technology,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years related experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, planning, organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving competency, target oriented thinking,
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work in various research - development areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably resident in Kocaeli (Gebze, &Ccedil;ay&inodot;rova) or Istanbul Asian side-the work location will be Taysad &Ccedil;ay&inodot;rova.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We Expect from You:

 Being responsible for national/international projects for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) R&amp;D Business Unit,
 </li>
 <li>
 Carrying out the projects with new raw materials, new formulations, reactions, compounds and chemical additives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collecting R&amp;D ideas/project proposals and conducting feasibility studies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating the collaboration projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working in close cooperation with manufacturing, marketing, sales and purchasing departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following market trends and participating in market research activities in various areas,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following R&amp;D related laws, legislation, fundings and grants,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing presentations and sectoral analysis to support R&amp;D activities.
 </li>
