Freshers with strong creative skills are welcome.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create 2D motion graphics animations for eLearning modules, explainers, and scenario-based content.</li><li>Work with Adobe After Effects for animations, transitions, and compositing.</li><li>Use Adobe Illustrator to design characters, icons, and graphic elements.</li><li>Understand storyboards and convert them into engaging visual sequences.</li><li>Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and the production team to deliver polished outputs.</li><li>Implement feedback and maintain consistency with brand/style guidelines.</li><li>Manage files, exports, and project delivery timelines.</li></ul>Who Can Apply<ul><li>Freshers or candidates with up to 1&ndash;2 years of experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.</li><li>Creative eye for design, color, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and deliver clean animations.</li><li>Passion for animation, eLearning content, and visual communication.</li></ul>What You Will Learn<ul><li>Structured eLearning animation workflows.</li><li>Working on large government and corporate digital training projects.</li><li>Use of high-quality graphics, storyboards, and creative briefs.</li><li>Professional production pipeline and feedback-driven improvement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
