Overview We are looking for an individual that is looking for part time hours in the Greenville area. Someone that is responsible, willing to work and can be on time.MWF 9-1 or 10-2 Older Lady in Greenville areaResponsibilities<ul><li>Assist client with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.</li><li>wheelchair bound</li><li>stand by transfer assist if needed</li><li>needs help showering twice a week</li><li>Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.</li><li>Help accompany to doctors' appointments if needed</li><li>Has a dog inside home - you are not responsible for the animal</li><li>Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.</li><li>Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols.</li><li>Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers to create a comprehensive care plan tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in nursing homes, in-homecare, caregiving, social work, or memory care is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of medication administration protocols and ability to monitor vital signs is essential.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.</li><li>Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.</li><li>Ability to perform meal preparation and understand dietary restrictions as needed.</li><li>Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.</li></ul>Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve!Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
