Paralegal &ndash; Dallas OfficeJoin Rawson Law&rsquo;s Dallas Team as a Litigation Paralegal. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our attorneys in all phases of litigation.Key Responsibilities&middot; Organize and prepare expert, pleading and trial notebooks.&middot; Review and outline depositions, indexes and summarize documents.&middot; Prepare documents for production, including Bates-numbering and coordinating with vendors.&middot; Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and experts.&middot; Support attorneys and the administrative team by managing document systems and spreadsheets; track deadlines and client responses.&middot; Oversee records management, including determining records to be ordered, contacting records vendors, and maintaining Excel charts to track the status of voluminous records requests.&middot; Perform other paralegal tasks as needed.Qualifications&middot; Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.&middot; High school diploma or equivalent required.
