Join us and make a significant impact on our growth and success by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the IT sector.Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and recruit candidates from various platforms for our IT staffing needs.</li><li>Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and candidate profiles.</li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs better.</li><li>Negotiate salary and terms of employment with candidates.</li><li>Analyze market trends to strategize recruitment efforts and stay ahead of competitors.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates on opportunities.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
