Job OverviewOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and support the full revenue cycle process across our growing dental group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operations and team development while ensuring AR processes are consistent, efficient, and continuously improving across all locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee AR processes including claims, aging, denials, and collections</li><li>Monitor and reduce outstanding balances (30/60/90+ days)</li><li>Train and onboard team members on AR workflows and insurance processes</li><li>Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback</li><li>Partner with office managers to ensure front-end processes support collections</li><li>Identify trends and implement improvements across all locations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of dental billing and AR experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management</li><li>Experience training and supporting team members</li><li>Multi-location experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental preferred)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communicator who can train and lead with clarity</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who drives results</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>Team-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement</li></ul>Why Join UsBe part of a collaborative, growth-focused dental group where your leadership directly impacts team success, operational efficiency, and patient experience.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental Billing and AR : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
