 POSITION OVERVIEW
 
 
 
 The company is seeking a
 
 Regional Vice President - Midwest
 
 to lead and scale its
 
 Midwest platform
 
 . This is
 
 not a single-branch role
 
 . It is a
 
 newly created regional leadership position
 
 responsible for the
 
 financial, operational, and commercial performance of 5&ndash;6 operating companies
 
 across the region.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Regional Vice President will have
 
 full P&amp;L ownership
 
 , direct oversight of branch presidents and senior leaders, and clear accountability for
 
 revenue growth, margin expansion, operational consistency, and talent development
 
 . This leader will be expected to
 
 drive top-line growth
 
 , strengthen customer relationships, and build a scalable regional operating model.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for a senior HVAC or mechanical services executive who has successfully led
 
 multi-branch or multi-market operations

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Regional Leadership &amp; Strategy
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead the Midwest region as a unified operating platform, aligning multiple branches under a consistent strategy and operating cadence
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the senior executive for the region, representing the organization with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate enterprise objectives into clear regional priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Revenue Growth &amp; Market Expansion
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own regional revenue performance, including organic growth, customer retention, pricing discipline, and cross-selling of services
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with branch leadership and sales teams to strengthen go-to-market strategy and deepen key customer relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and execute market expansion opportunities, including new service lines, customer segments, and geographic growth
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Financial &amp; P&amp;L Ownership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full P&amp;L responsibility across all branches in the region, including revenue, margin, EBITDA, and working capital performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead annual regional budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve operational and financial KPIs, driving accountability at the branch level
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Operational Excellence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive consistency and scalability across estimating, project management, service operations, safety, and back-office execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify performance gaps across branches and implement corrective action plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with corporate support teams to ensure strong execution in accounting, HR, safety, and systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Talent Leadership &amp; Culture
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and develop Branch Presidents and senior leaders across the region
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective succession planning, leadership development, and bench strength
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 M&amp;A Integration &amp; Platform Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support acquisition integration and onboarding of new operating companies into the region
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cultural alignment, operational integration, and achievement of post-acquisition performance targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Achievement of regional revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety performance and compliance across all branches
 </li>

 Leadership development, retention, and performance of branch-level executives
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Senior leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related construction/service industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success leading
 
 multi-branch or multi-market operations
 
 with full P&amp;L responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to drive
 
 revenue growth
 
 , not just operational stability
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial acumen, forecasting skills, and KPI-driven management style
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience operating in a
 
 private-equity-backed or growth-focused environment
 
 preferred
 </li>
