This role is ideal for seasoned legal professionals who thrive in dynamic settings and seek flexible, project-based engagements with top firms in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a Flexible Legal Counsel or General Counsel, leading legal operations during organisational transitions.Offer strategic legal advice to clients in various industries, ensuring compliance with both local and international laws.Oversee legal initiatives, including contract reviews, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with both internal and external legal teams to facilitate the achievement of client's business objectives.Partner with internal and external legal teams to support clients' business goals effectively.Conduct in-depth legal research and draft precise, clear legal documentation and reports.Stay current on industry regulations and legal trends relevant to Dubai and the UAE.Quickly adapt to new client environments, delivering high-quality legal services under tight deadlines.
