Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with hands-on experience in QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks</li><li>Prepare invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining accurate records</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable functions</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting</li><li>Support the preparation of budgets, audits, and tax filings</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (QuickBooks experience required)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with UAE VAT reporting and reconciliation</li><li>Knowledge of payroll processing</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Supportive work environment and opportunities for growth</li></ul>We are an equal-opportunity employer.
