No problem &ndash; we&rsquo;ll train the right people!Responsibilities Job Duties:<ul><li>Set up and install mobile/manufactured homes</li><li>Leveling, blocking, skirting, anchoring, tie-downs, water/drain plumbing systems</li><li>Work with power tools, concrete, jacks, and heavy materials</li><li>Lifting, measuring &ndash; physical, hands-on work</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</li><li>Blue-collar work ethic &mdash; show up, work hard, take pride in the job</li><li>Basic tool knowledge is a plus</li><li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather environments</li><li>Must be able to work in confined areas.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience with power tools? </li><li>Are you afraid of heights ?</li><li>Have you had A DUI within the past 5 years? </li><li>What experience or skills makes you qualified for this position? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Residential Construction or Mobile Home : 1 year (Required)</li><li>Plumbing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
