<b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Greet and interact with customers by telephone and in person</li>
<li>Provide customers with information about merchandise and services</li>
<li>Perform transactions by collecting payments</li>
<li>Assisting with light food preparation for in-store cafe</li>
<li>Follow up with customer issues and service requests</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

<b>Skills and Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments</li>
<li>Basic computer and typing skills needed</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks</li>
<li>Must be dependable and self-motivated</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred, but not required</li>
