In this fast-paced role, you&rsquo;ll assist customers with purchases, process payments, and maintain an organized checkout area.  Compensation is $16 per hour. After completing training, our office associates have the potential to earn $17 per hour.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Greet and interact with customers by telephone and in person
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customers with information about merchandise and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform transactions by collecting payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with light food preparation for in-store cafe
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with customer issues and service requests
 </li>
 <li>
 All other duties as assigned

 Skills And Qualifications

 Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
 </li>

 Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments
 </li>

 Basic computer and typing skills needed
 </li>

 Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for placing electronics in our showroom and connecting a wide variety of products via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, organizing and processing electronic inventory, preparing products for delivery, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. We&rsquo;re looking for hardworking individuals who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey&rsquo;s high standards of service and quality.

 Mount and connect televisions, and other electronic devices for store display
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, count and stock merchandise in staging areas or upon shelving
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and label inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist customers with will call pick up
 </li>
 <li>
 All other duties as assigned

 Skills And Qualifications

 Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
 </li>

 Ability to work in heights up to 30 feet
