<div>The Role
As an HVAC Service Technician at RCL Mechanical, you&rsquo;ll work closely with our dispatch team and service manager to deliver top-notch service from the first knock on the door to the final handshake. You&rsquo;ll have the independence to run your calls while knowing you&rsquo;ve got a whole team backing you up.

Has the skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with confidence</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend the best solutions</li><li>
Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacements on a variety of HVAC equipment (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and more)</li><li>
Complete preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and providing honest recommendations</li><li>
Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking service vehicle</li><li>
Promote our Total Home Care Club membership program to customers</li><li>
Earn positive Google reviews to help grow our reputation</li><li>
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including some weekends/off-hours)</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
5+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical issues</li><li>
Clean, professional communication skills with customers and team members</li><li>
A team-first mindset with the motivation to deliver 5-star work</li></ul>
