 Overview:
 
 
 
 The Supervisor &ndash; CFS Operations leads daily warehouse and shipping operations at our CMH facility, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and compliance across all logistics activities. Reporting to the Senior Director of U.S. Destination Services, this role drives team performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily warehouse and shipping functions, including scheduling, trucking coordination, billing, and invoicing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data accuracy, KPI achievement, and billing integrity within the CMH transportation office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with floor leadership to maintain efficient workflows and compliance with company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee CargoWise system utilization to maximize efficiency and automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for warehouse staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the escalation point for warehousing, billing, and documentation issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coverage during evenings or weekends as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Customer Service
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process inbound/outbound shipping documents (Air Waybills, BOLs, Manifests, Customs, DG).
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as primary contact for air &amp; domestic shipments, ensuring accurate inventory &amp; shipment updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage pickup and delivery appointments and coordinate with internal and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee warehouse lease billing, passthroughs, inventory reporting, and FARO entries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Customs compliance and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet or exceed internal and external performance metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Continuous Improvement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and enhance SOPs for shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit and release goods from CFS and ensure timely, accurate billing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and support process improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train staff in safe forklift operation and serve as backup during peak times.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of warehouse or customer service leadership experience in freight forwarding or carrier operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of CargoWise and U.S. Customs compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communicator with proven coaching and team development skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Physical Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. Occasionally.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate forklift &amp; other warehouse equipment safely (training/certification can be provided).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the work shift.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in various warehouse environments, including hot, cold, or noisy areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to climb stairs or ladders when needed.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to remain on feet for 8-10 hours per shift as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read, understand, and follow shipping documents, labels, and safety instructions.&nbsp;
 </li>
